Refund policy
Last updated: 13 July 2026
We want you to feel well supported and happy with your purchase. Please contact beth@authenticallyfunnyspeeches.com promptly if there is a problem so that we can help.
This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights that apply to you.
Wedding Speech Templates
Wedding Speech Templates are instant-access digital downloads.
Because access is provided immediately, template purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the files have been made available.
Please contact us if:
-
you cannot access the files;
-
you receive the wrong files;
-
a file is corrupted or materially defective; or
-
another problem means the product is not as described.
We will make every reasonable effort to correct the problem.
Where applicable law requires it, you may be asked at checkout to consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that your statutory cancellation right ends once access or downloading begins.
Wedding Speech Audit
Wedding Speech Audits are personalised services and are generally non-refundable after purchase.
Recorded feedback is normally delivered within 24 business hours after we receive your speech and the information needed to review it.
This does not affect any cancellation or refund right that applicable consumer law gives you.
One-to-One Wedding Speech Editing Session
One-to-One Wedding Speech Editing Sessions are generally non-refundable after purchase.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. We will always make reasonable efforts to accommodate you, but rescheduling following shorter notice or a missed appointment is at our discretion.
This does not affect any cancellation or refund right that applicable consumer law gives you.
I Write It For You: Premium Wedding Speech Writing
You may cancel this service for a refund before we begin the work.
Once work has begun, the fee is non-refundable because the service is personalised and time has been reserved and spent creating your speech.
Before the work begins, we will have a conversation with you about the service and process.
Where applicable law gives you a statutory cancellation period and you ask us to start during that period, you may be responsible for the reasonable value of work completed before you cancel. Your right to cancel may end once the service has been fully performed where the legal requirements for this have been met.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method.
Banks and payment providers may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
