All of our products and services are delivered digitally. There are no physical products to return, no return shipping is required, and no return shipping fees apply.

Wedding Speech Templates are instant-access digital downloads.
Because access is provided immediately, template purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the files have been made available, including where you simply change your mind, except where applicable law gives you a right to cancel or receive a refund.
Please contact us if:

We will make every reasonable effort to correct the problem.

Recorded feedback is normally delivered within 24 business hours after we receive your speech and the information needed to review it.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. We will always make reasonable efforts to accommodate you, but rescheduling following shorter notice or a missed appointment is at our discretion.
I Write It For You: Premium Wedding Speech Writing
You may cancel this service for a refund before we begin the work.
Once work has begun, the fee is non-refundable because the service is personalised and time has been reserved and spent creating your speech.
Before the work begins, we will have a conversation with you about the service and process.
Where applicable law gives you a statutory cancellation period and you ask us to start during that period, you may be responsible for the reasonable value of work completed before you cancel. Your right to cancel may end once the service has been fully performed where the legal requirements for this have been met.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method.
There is no fee charged by Authentically Funny Speeches for an approved refund.
Banks and payment providers may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
