Who I am

I’m Beth — a comedian and Emmy-winning comedy writer who has spent decades working with humor, timing, and storytelling.

Before focusing on wedding speeches, I wrote for television, award shows, and late-night comedy. That background taught me how to shape stories so they land with real people in real rooms — not just on the page.

Many people find me through my YouTube channel, Wedding Speech Writer, where I share practical advice on writing and delivering wedding speeches. Those videos have been watched over a million times and reflect the same approach I use here.
